Click on the List Volumen Snapshots menu and take a look to the list of snapshots. Again, a single pane of glass with all our snapshots for all AWS accounts and regions.



Click on Export Information to Excel button and we can get the list of snapshots saved to an Excel file in a second!



Also, we have is the ability to see how old the snapshot is and highlight (in red) expired snapshots. The default expiration time-frame is 7 days, but we can change this value in settings.

This feature is useful when you combine with the capability to delete snapshots. Again, we have 3 options here: One snapshot (Delete Snapshot EBS Volume menu), Selected snapshots (Delete CHECKED Snapshot EBS Volume menu) and Expired snapshots (Delete Expired Snapshot EBS Volume menu).

Export RDS Snapshots to Excel with one click: click on the List RDS Snapshots menu and the tool will list all RDS snapshots in all our AWS accounts and regions:



Then click on the Export Information to Excel menu and one second later the inventory of RDS snapshots is ready!
