KopiCloud offers five different types of licenses:

Single User: One single user license (one user, multiple devices), recommended for consultants.

Business: This license covers unlimited users in a single building or location.

Enterprise: Unlimited users in a single company, in multiple locations.

MSP: This license is recommended for Cloud & Managed Service Providers and covers unlimited users in unlimited locations. Registration with your business email address is required.

Non Profit Organizations (NGOs) and Academic Licenses: Unlimited users in one or multiple locations. Registration with .edu, or .org email address is required. Special discount prices. Contact Sales for a quote.

All our product includes annual subscription license valid for one year.

In Novermber 2022, we introduced renewal for 1-year and 2-years periods for an special price or upgrade to Perpetual Licenses.

Renewal and Upgrade is available even for expired licenses.
